In the morning get this ready:
(using my wonderful measurements again)
Brown 1lb ground beef & 1lb of turkey burger together
Drain, set aside
1 can tomato sauce
1 big squirt ketchup
1 small squirt mustard
3 shakes worcestshire sauce
1 handful brown sugar
2 big spoons of minced garlic
1/2 green pepper diced
2 medium onions diced
3 stalks celery diced
Mix all up and put in crock pot. Add cooked meat and stir more.
Cook on low for 8 hours.

Take out of oven, slice & butter and then scoop the sloppy joes on top of it.
Mmmmm... super good gluten free meal :)
(We also added sliced red peppers that I baked for french fries with it)
