Gluten Free Spring Rolls

Yay! I found a new thing to play around with. While in the big grocery store (not our small town piddly one) I found Spring Rolls in the international area. Woot! These are gluten free!

Today for lunch I soaked the rolls to get them soft and then scooped a heaping spoon of this concoction in and rolled them up & deep fried them:

1/2 jar of bean sprouts
1/2 medium onion diced
1/2 medium bell pepper diced
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1 carrot shredded
2 TBS Worcestshire sauce
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
(Stir good, and then scoop into spring rolls)

They came out great. The kids weren't overly fond of them, but it was new to them. I loved them!! :)
