In an attempt to use up a bunch of the tomatoes from our garden, we've been eating a LOT of saucy stuff lately! (I'm just too darn lazy to can them all).
I cooked sauce all day long with Italian sausages in them in the crock pot. When it got closer to dinner time, I cooked up some gluten free spirals (tinkyada??) and then poured the sauce and Italian sausage over the drained pasta.
I also cut up tomatoes, green peppers and onions and put them in a bowl. I made up some Italian dressing using vinegar, oil & spices and poured it over it and added some fresh basil & dill from our garden.
For dessert I took some Jell-O brand pudding in french vanilla and chocolate and did a little layered pudding for something quick and tasty. :)
