Semi-Homemade Gluten free Mexican pizza!

I'm not Mexican... so this is really not "authentic" by any means. But it IS tasty and the boys DID love it! So, in my book ... that is GREAT! :) LOL

Gluten Free Bisquick
Gluten Free Salsa
Gluten Free Taco Sauce
Mexican cheese blend
Gluten Free Sour Cream
1 can black beans
1 can chicken (or leftover chicken from another meal)
1 medium onion - diced

Mix Bisquick according to box directions for pizza crust.
Bake pizza crust for the first 10-15 minutes according to box directions.
While that is baking, take canned chicken, canned black beans, diced onions and pour some taco sauce over them and stir it up.

Pull pizza crust out of oven, and spread salsa generously over the crust.

Sprinkle Mexican cheese over the top of the salsa, until salsa is thoroughly coated.  Now take your black bean, onion, chicken mixture and put over the top of the cheese as your toppings!

Bake until the cheese is melted and starting to turn a wee bit brown around the edges of the crust!

Now cut into slices and serve with a healthy dollop of Gluten Free Sour Cream!
